Fat Soluble Vitamins

They are not soluble in water. They are best absorbed when taken along with fat. After they are consumed, they are stored in your liver and fatty tissues for further use at any time in the future. 

Fat-soluble vitamins are:

Vitamin A: Good for eyes and function of organs

Vitamin D: Helps in the absorption of calcium, growth of bones and promotes immune function.

Vitamin E: Protects cell from damage, acts as antioxidant and helps in immune function

Vitamins K: Required for proper bone development and blood clotting.
